It was shown by research that biological product “LENOIL”, which contains association of microorganisms as Bacillius
brevis and Arthrobacter sp., can adapt to high doses of oil, effectively, independently of soil type and pollution features
utilizes the substratum. Biological preparation “LENOIL-SHP” is universal one and its application at high concentrations of
oil products in soil is significant more effective and profitable.
Also was researched oxidative activity of the bio-preparation “LENOIL-SHP” relatively to individual hydrocarbons of the
paraffin number, naphthenes hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, oil and oil fractions and to some oxidized hydrocarbons.
Oxidative activity was defined according to final product of oxidizing, i.e. by isolation of carbonic gas.

Hence, it is shown that biological preparation “LENOIL-SHP” has ability for oxidizing wide specter of hydrocarbons.
The most effective way to intrusion of the biological preparation in soil is the intrusion it as a suspension with mineral filler. Besides, as one of the suspension components biological addition is used, which contains bioactive substances that reinforce vital functions of the oil destructive microorganisms.
Preparation of the suspension from the dry biologicals:
For making that biological preparation needs to mix 2.5 kilograms of it and 0.025t of mineral granulated (ratio N: P2O5 = 1 : (2.5 : 5.0), for example ammophos ) material in 1000 litre of water. The suspension should be thoroughly mixed. For supporting entailing no deficit nourishment which needs for normal vital functions of organisms, included in biological product, needs to diesel fuel instillation (0.1%). Age the biological preparation during 24 hours at temperature 20 – 25 degrees, mixing periodically.
Before the intrusion of the prepared suspension it should be dissolved in 100 times. Finished solution should be plot on polluted soil according to calculations (10 liters per 1 meter squared at 15% pollution level and 20 liters at 15-30% pollution level).
The preparation should be inserted in soil 3 times per season under surface treatment (such as tillage, disking) by overhead irrigation method with a help of any assigned aggregates. Treatment of a soil can be fulfilled at average daily temperature of the ground from +3 to +40 degrees.
Reclamation can be realized on zones which were polluted by crude oil. For monitoring of the process efficiency of the biodegradation on the stated areas control points are chosen, where gets samples for microbiological analysis and residual of oil analysis.
For realizing of the polluted zone treatment it is necessary to insert the suspension 1 time per month under surface treatment (such as tillage, disking) by overhead irrigation method with a help of any assigned aggregates.
